Water Moon Howling Pt 2 (lyrics)
I got your letter in the mail today. I guess I’ll read it right now ...
‘My love, our body is cold. This hibernation/
I can’t be waitin’. Want to taste them hibiscus/
Lips desire1 drips from the ripped sky scrappers/
I’m likin’ ya flava. Styles glossy Cameo2/
Jewels right placement missing you Now or Later/
Is an understatement. Silent “ohs” a secret/
Kiss to you these wired lips I want em to/
Cry free. I’m dumbed to drink starlight from hips/
But joy is right now fadin’/
Peace only follows when siloed from soil that/
Would spring the strangest thought see, you the,/
Only Fan free to think that you could ever/
Howl at me, whenever, you should/
Shoulder my calves like I’d shoulder your half. Come and/
Take a bath at my alter, sacrifice right see/
Cause, milky moon drops drip from me frequently/
But our love is cursed you petty Demidog3/
Why can’t you be Divine, the key chieftain in Heaven?
My God! this star filled bed you got me …/’
(Sounds of thunder and rain)/
Part two lyrics were inspired by ARTSTACK poem challenge for week 3. Part one can be found here. The backstory for this track. The reader of this letter a werewolf demigoddog who is in love with a moon goddess. A nerd crushing on someone who is out of his out of his league. Part two is a letter written in response to the werewolf. There are many layers, between the two pieces but the one I enjoy the most is the spiritual seekers and subduction. The ego grasping at the reflection of the Water Moon Form, Avalokiteshvara (Guanyin). As for the beat, I took it from an intro of Mr. Winans’ “I Got You Babe” and chopped it up. You’ll hear some breaths in there that add to the neediness and sort of helpless vibe of the track. I like the beat a lot, and though the synths played on the word interstellar ill fated love.
I may follow up with this dude named Divine. Love triangle. I don’t know. I’m watching this unfold the same way you are. I’m not much of a plotter.

The word Desire, “the original sense perhaps being ‘await what the stars will bring,’ from the phrase de sidere ‘from the stars,’ from sidus (genitive sideris) "heavenly body, star, constellation’” see Etymonline.
The practice seems to have been rooted in the ancient Mesopotamian stones that were carved for use as identifying seals. From The Met. Also, see following line for the reference to “Candy” by Cameo.
Inuyasha.
Cool song and lyrics!!
